• The Deep Dive 2023 Auction doesn't open until May. 
• At that time we will email you instructions for how to check in, view prizes, and make bids on the Givi smartphone application.

• Not for items marked as "Global"! No need to be present to win. We will notify you by email and send your prizes to the address you provided.
• You MUST be present to win raffle or auction items that are not marked as "Global".
• Some prizes require coordination with the vendor. If we can't reach you in one week (approximately 12 August) we will terminate the event and determine what to do with unclaimed prizes.

Yes! Just send an email with your requirements to events@combatdiver.org and we can do it for you but you MUST be registered for the event.

If you made purchases on Givi or bids AFTER registration, your card will not be charged for those transactions until the event ends on 5 August. However, vendors will still fulfill and ship your orders immediately.

Vendors will fulfill your orders immediately. NOTE: This can vary by vendor and product so pay attention to the product description when you make your purchase.

Vendor purchases are between you and the vendor. Please contact them first but cc events@combatdiver.org and we may be able to facilitate.

Please notify us immediately at events@combatdiver.org. We will find a way to stop or reverse charges for your winning bid and award the prize to the second place bidder.

You will be automatically checked out at the end of the event on 5 August. Your credit card will be charged at that time for purchases, donations, and any winning auction bids.

Yes. Simply click on the item in the Givi app and then you can swipe the photo to see additional pics.

Yes! Send your credit card information (number, expiration, address, and CVC) to events@combatdiver.org and we can bid/make purchases for you.
